Scott Roth – Designer / Salesperson
Scott’s experience of 35 years in the cabinet industry shows
in his creative problem solving with unique design solutions for both new construction and remodeling. He is very knowledgeable in style trends and sensitive to timeless designs that won’t date themselves while adding value now with an eye toward resale value in the future. Scott’s designs run from the very contemporary with urban influences to the traditional. He enjoys matching period architectural styles with modern interpretations in design and product selection. His theatre background in scenic and lighting design works well for creating the dramatic in residential and commercial installations. He knows how to get the “WOW” factor in projects and still maintain logical budgets. His knowledge of the products and services that The Kitchen Showcase offers reinforces the importance of Customer Service. Scott will never be accused of high pressure sales. Patience helps maintain a relaxed approach to small and large projects while keeping the clients needs as the main focus.
Appointments are often spent in front of the large screen computer in the showroom assuring that the often times difficult visualization process is simplified and clarified through three dimensional modeling, virtual walk through, and color rendering. This computer drawing expertise allows for immediate changes in designs for evaluation, review, and decisions in a single meeting with the client resulting in fewer appointments, reduced stress, and quicker design decisions.
A resident of the Denver area since 1976, he has raised 3 boys and enjoys two grandsons (the Roth name seems secure for a few generations!!). Happily married for 40 years to Diana, an interior designer, Scott enjoys all types of fishing and when you visit TKSI, don’t forget to check out his office for the “Wall of Fish”. He is the Vice President of the Colorado and Wyoming chapter of the American Marquetry Society and practices the age old art of marquetry and parquetry veneering utilizing exotic woods. His work has been juried into several shows and he has shown in galleries in the metro area. This knowledge of wood and wood characteristics adds another level to his expertise when designing cabinetry.
