When it comes to a remodeling or new construction project, we understand that accurate ordering and timely delivery are critical. Whether you’re a homeowner or a contractor, the last thing you want is the inconvenience and expense of an unnecessary delay. (Washing dishes in the bathtub and shuffling to your neighbor’s house to make dinner grow old quickly…)

We’ve put a number of systems in place to ensure your project is completed and installed on time, including:

Accurate ordering. Manufacturers frequently change product numbers. All of our orders are double checked before they’re placed to ensure that product numbers are correct. In addition, we have a dedicated ordering specialist who places every order.
Timely processing. We process all work orders within five business days to keep your project as close to schedule as possible.
Order tracking. We’ve invested in a custom order tracking system to manage your order behind the scenes. We can accurately tell you the status of your order in real time. When you place your order, we let you know the exact week that it will arrive. Excluding an act of nature or the truck breaking down, your order will arrive on time!
Full-time service representatives. Our team is available to answer your questions and take care of your requests. They are uniquely trained to overcome the challenges in working with a natural product and the common problems that arise in new construction and remodeling.
